Got a bug report about crashing in MMATracker when reading the news. This has been fixed in 2.2.1 and has been submitted to Apple for approval.
Apple approves MMATracker and DefaultPass updates
Apple has approved the app updates we submitted about a week ago. If you use MMATracker or DefaultPass you’ll see the free updates in the app store today.

Apple and Stanford University are offering a free iPhone development course online. There are more materials available on the course website. If you are looking to learn how to write software for the iPhone this would be a good place to start.
iPhone OS 3.0
I’m watching the live coverage of Apple’s iPhone OS 3.0 preview. The in-app sales is kind of cool. We might use that for games to offer more levels. Looks like push notifications are finally coming. Might finally get a decent IM client on the iPhone now. Having access to Google Maps via API is nice. [...]

Seems a preview of iPhone OS 3.0 is coming on March 17th. Will be interesting to see what Apple has been cooking up.
Apple contracts
Heard that some developer contracts are starting to expire. Seems Apple didn’t have a renewal process in place. Our contracts expire on August 29, 2009; Hopefully this is resolved by then. Kind of sloppy work on Apple’s part, but on the other hand legal matters are not usually quick.
