Source based distributions
I looked at some of the other source based distros and it seems that none of them are ahead of Gentoo. That leaves OpenSolaris and *BSD neither of which really interest me. I started using Gentoo Linux around the 1.2 release. Lately I’ve been noticing that things seem to be slowing down in portage. I remember when GNOME would be available the day it was released. Now it’s more like weeks/months after the fact.

Ready for sale
Apple let me know that MMA Tracker was approved and ready for sale. It was looking good until I found out it’s still not on iTunes pending contracts. I’ve given them all the necessary information and mailed some documents to their office in Austin, TX.

In Review
MMA Tracker has been in review for just under a week now. I got a note from Apple yesterday saying it was rejected because they found a crashing bug I had missed. I fixed it and re-uploaded a new binary. Hopefully this doesn’t take too much longer.
