Executing OVAL Tests / Code Cleanup

Working on getting the rest of the RedHat OVAL tests running. For the RpmInfoTest and RpmVersionCompareTest I’ll have to do some testing in VMware.

Also getting started on cleaning up the parsing code; Lots of room for improvements there.
