OVAL Parsing Continues

Still hacking on the OVAL interpreter and I’m almost parsing everything. The code is available at svn.mmgsecurity.com.

I started the re-organization of the Sussen tree to use the recommend layout. I haven’t re-imported all the code, it will be coming back in pieces after I review/update it
