I wrote an IMAP (v4rev1) and a Gentoo resource this morning. The Gentoo resource is the first host based resource that I’ve written. This allows me to check if a given Gentoo-based machine is vulnerable to any of the security advisories issued by the Gentoo security team.

I’ll be writing more for RPM and Debian based distros in the near future.
