I wrote an IMAP (v4rev1) and a Gentoo resource this morning. The Gentoo resource is the first host based resource that I’ve written. This allows me to check if a given Gentoo-based machine is vulnerable to any of the security advisories issued by the Gentoo security team.

I’ll be writing more for RPM and Debian based distros in the near future.

Recovery Complete

Took the day off yesterday as I was a bit drained from going out for my birthday on Wednesday. Today, work will continue on resources. I did end up converting IResource to be an abstract class as I mentioned the other day. Not sure what else I’ll be working on today at this moment, but fortunately I’ve got a big TODO list to pick from :)
