Implementing the Interfaces

Re-wrote the HttpResource class so it conformed to the new IResource interface. Also wrote the start of the new implementations of IKnowledgeBase (SussenKB) and IServer (SussenServices).

Once I get more done on the knowledge base and server I can integrate that work into sussen-scanner.
