glibc w/ NPTL redux

Still working on the STF and security tests. Nothing really new/interesting to report at this point. I did resolve one issue though and that was my problems with glibc w/ NPTL and mono. Previously I had to re-compile my glibc without NPTL or my threading code under Mono would hang. That was a pain in [...]
