Service Analysis working

I’ve got the first cut of the service analysis code done. As I mentioned before this is to make sure all running services are accounted for regardless of port. The service fingerprints are stored in a XML file so it’s easy to add more.

SourceForge developer CVS is currently down while they are re-syncing their CVS servers. Code will be checked in as soon as possible.
